Download and Sign In
Download My Aqive from the App Store or Google Play, then sign in using your preferred method: Google, Facebook, Line, or Apple ID.
Select Your Aqive Product
Choose your Aqive product on the homepage (such as Qi Torsion) to help us provide you with the best experience. You can also select "Don't use product" to experience the app features.
Scan QR Code (Product Users)
If you have an Aqive product, click on the product photo to reveal the "Scan Product Serial QR Code" button. After scanning the product serial number in the email, you can complete your product binding and enjoy a more complete Qi experience.

Start Breathing Qi Practice
Press the central button to begin, close your eyes and follow the audio guidance for breathing, allowing your mind to synchronize with the product and enter a deep relaxation state.

After practice, record your stability point level and feeling changes, which helps track your progress.

You can log out of your account or request account deletion. Please note that all data will be unrecoverable after deletion.
Frequently Asked Questions
Yes! You can select "Don't use product" to experience the app's guided practice functions and still achieve good Qi effects.
It's recommended to start with 3-5 minutes daily and gradually increase to 10-15 minutes. The important thing is maintaining daily practice consistency.
Stability point levels 1-5 are all within normal range. The important thing is observing long-term trend improvements rather than pursuing high single scores.
Please ensure adequate lighting, clean camera lens, and place the QR Code completely within the scanning frame. If still unable to scan, you can select "Manual Input".
Go to "Settings" → "Notification Settings" where you can adjust reminder times, select reminder days, and enable or disable daily practice reminders.
Currently, your practice records are primarily stored locally on your device. We are developing cloud synchronization features that will enable syncing your practice data across different devices in the future.
