Online Warranty Registration Guide (For Kickstarters Backers Only)
Before You Start, Please Check
- Unlock your phone and turn off Do Not Disturb Mode
- The phone must remain unlocked during registration.
- iOS: please update your system to iOS13 or later
- Android: Go to Settings > Locate and select the NFC function > Turn on NFC.

STEP 1Turn on your camera and scan the QR code we provided in your email. Open the webpage notification through your browser. |

STEP 2Press the bubble “中” to switch language to English. Then, click “Register Warranty” to begin registration. |

STEP 3Enter the email address you wish to register and click Next. Read the terms of service and check the consent box. * Ensure the email address can receive the verification code to complete the registration. |

STEP 4Fill in your basic information and submit. Check your email for the Scanique verification code and enter it on the page. * If the submission fails, refresh the page or try a different browser. |

STEP 5Upload proof of purchase. Invoices or Aqive order details are accepted. |

STEP 6Congratulations! Registration complete. *To log in next time, use your registered email to receive a new verification code. |

FAQ
Q: I didn't receive the email verification code.
The verification email may appear in the "Primary" tab for Gmail, or it may be filtered to your Spam/Junk folder for other email providers. If you still don't receive it, search your inbox or return to the page and resend the verification code.
Q: How do I log in to the warranty page after registration?
After registration is complete, you can log into the online warranty system again by using your phone's NFC sensor on the device or by using the link below to apply for repair or check the repair status.
