2.1 Apple iOS Platform Terms

When you download and use our iOS application through the Apple App Store, the following terms apply:

2.1.1 Apple as Third-Party Beneficiary

You acknowledge and agree that Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and Apple has the right (and is deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.

2.1.2 Application License Scope

The license granted to you under these Terms is limited to using the App on Apple-branded products that you own or control, and as permitted by the usage rules set forth in the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

2.1.3 Maintenance and Support

We are responsible for providing maintenance and support services for the App. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance and support services for the App.

2.1.4 Warranty and Liability

If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price you paid for the App. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation with respect to the App.

2.1.5 Intellectual Property Declaration

You represent and warrant that: (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country, and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

2.1.6 HealthKit Integration

If you choose to connect Apple HealthKit, you agree that we may use your health data in accordance with our Privacy Policy to provide personalized services. You can revoke these permissions at any time in your iPhone settings.

2.2 Third-Party Login Service Terms

We provide multiple third-party login options, including but not limited to Apple Sign-In, Google, Facebook, and LINE. When using these services, the following terms apply:

2.3 Subscription and Paid Services

2.3.1 App Store Purchases

All purchases made through the Apple App Store are subject to Apple's App Store Terms of Service. All payments will be processed by Apple, and refund requests should be directed to Apple.

2.3.2 Auto-Renewing Subscriptions

Some services may offer auto-renewing subscriptions. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period, the subscription will automatically renew. You can manage subscriptions in your device's account settings.

2.3.3 Refund Policy

Refund requests will be processed according to platform policies. For App Store purchases, please contact Apple customer service. For direct purchases, please contact our customer service team.

2.3.4 Google Play Purchases

All purchases made through Google Play are subject to Google Play's Terms of Service. All payments will be processed by Google, and refund requests should be directed to Google Play customer service.

3.4 Age Restrictions

This service is only available to users aged 13 and above. If you are under 18, you represent that you have obtained consent from your parent or legal guardian to use this service. We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) requirements.

Except where prohibited by law, any disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration procedures. Arbitration will be conducted in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
