The torsion field is described as the “mysterious fifth force”, alongside the four known forces of nature: gravity, the weak force, electromagnetism and the strong force. Across three decades of research, Prof. Si-Chen Lee, former President of National Taiwan University, has proposed on the basis of a range of experiments that the invisible “qi” is in fact a torsion field, and that the “qi field” described in the classical texts was not something the ancients invented.

No. In our products the left-handed and right-handed windings of the torsion coil cancel each other out, leaving the torsion field behind. Measurements show that the electromagnetic waves given off while the torsion field is at work are smaller than those of a wireless mouse — the sensation people describe with a torsion field has nothing to do with electromagnetic waves.

A torsion field is a twisting of space-time described in general relativity. In the crystal qi field experiments they carried out between 2013 and 2016, Prof. Si-Chen Lee and Dr. Hsiung-Kuang Tsai found results consistent with the torsion field properties studied by Russian scientists, which led them to identify the qi field generated by crystals as a torsion field. Aqive products use the left-handed and right-handed windings of a torsion coil, which cancel each other out and leave a torsion field with the same properties as the one produced by crystals.

Within Prof. Si-Chen Lee's research framework, the torsion field is proposed to interact with information in the surrounding space; many users describe the room feeling fresher and say they find it easier to settle once a product is switched on. Others share that the torsion field heightened their awareness of their own body, making it easier to reach a relaxed, focused state during practices such as mindfulness (awareness), meditation, yoga and deep breathing.

As long as the unit meets the physical conditions for a torsion field, it is working normally, and the fail-safe is the power light — if the indicator is lit, the unit is in its normal state. Every unit is checked at the coil and circuit level before it leaves the factory to confirm it meets the design specification.

The unit itself has no expiry date — as long as the light is on, it is in its normal state. The battery is a consumable, so we recommend avoiding overcharging.

Qi Torsion is developed from the Tesla coil and is directional: the face with the Aqive mark, turned upwards, is the right-handed side, and the other face is the left-handed side. Both release torsion field energy and the two do not conflict. The right-handed side is mainly used to cleanse energy products, while many people share that the left-handed side feels comparatively calm, which suits meditation, winding down for sleep and other moments when you want to relax.

Yes. Everyone takes in energy differently, so we suggest easing into it: switch it on for 10 minutes the first time, then adjust to suit how you feel.

Yes. In the experimental data, around forty percent of people fall into the “no sensation” group, and whether or not you feel something makes no difference to using the product. A sensitivity to qi can also be built up gradually through practices such as mindfulness meditation, qigong, yoga and breathing exercises.

Yes. They are different in nature, so they do not conflict.

撓場的力量非常微弱，目前還沒有儀器能直接測量，但李嗣涔博士已透過水晶氣場與水實驗等研究探討其性質，相關論文可參考《水晶氣場的物理本質－撓場》及著作《撓場的科學》。這有點像「痛覺」：醫學上至今仍沒有公認的儀器能客觀量測痛覺，而是以個人主觀感受為準。

2. 若產品有進水、外觀受損、自行拆機、人為或外力破壞防拆標籤、或進行任何非原廠之加工改裝，將無法提供保固維修服務。

撓定 Vita 享兩年保固；撓境 Qi Vibe、氣定 Qi Calm、撓氣源寶 Qi Torsion 享一年保固。故障維修請參考「如何申請 Aqive 產品保固維修？」。

可以。請聯繫官方 LINE 客服 @aqivetw ，並將產品寄回 Aqive 總部；收到後會先檢測並逐項報價，確認報價後才進行維修。維修費用及來回運費由消費者自行負擔。

三款的差別在於使用情境：
・撓氣源寶（小黑盒）：適合放在固定空間，用於空間淨化與能量物品的淨化充能，淨化範圍約 3–5 坪。
・撓定 Vita：小巧便攜，適合隨身攜帶，可一鍵切換「淨化」（橘紅燈）與「放鬆」（暖白燈）兩種模式，並加入 369 頻率。
・撓境（發光金字塔）：專為溝通場域設計，結合撓場與相干性原理、聲學物理，適合放在家庭、辦公室等多人交流的空間，作用範圍約室內 15 坪。

撓氣源寶與撓定 Vita 的撓場以機身為中心，約在方圓 15 公分內釋放，空間淨化範圍約 3–5 坪；撓境的作用範圍則約為室內 15 坪。

大多數人都適合，可以依自己的感受調整使用方式。以下幾種情況可評估使用：
・孕婦與還不太能表達感受的幼童：由於無法確認寶寶對撓場的敏感度，不建議使用。
・裝有心律調節器等醫療裝置者：
Aqive 電子撓場產品沒有明顯的電磁輸出，如有疑慮，可以先詢問主治醫師的建議。
・寵物：可以先放在牠們附近短時間體驗（約 10 分鐘），再觀察反應。
