How does finger reading connect to the information field? A web browser for the spiritual realm

26 to 28 August 1999 were the most memorable days in all of Prof. Si-Chen Lee's research into exceptional functions.
The president of the Physical Society of Taiwan came to the laboratory with more than ten physicists and two psychologists to examine whether finger reading was genuine. Every test sample was prepared by the Society's physicists, and the physicists ran the tests themselves. Besides Miss Takahashi Mai, Prof. Si-Chen Lee invited two more participants: a girl surnamed Wang, the first person trained to finger read, back in 1996, and by then in her first year of junior high school, and a boy surnamed Chen, in Year 4 of primary school, whose ability had only emerged in training that July. Three of them in all faced the physicists' challenge together.
These experiments satisfied everyone present that the finger reading ability of all three young people was real — and, before those same witnesses, a single sacred symbol, the character for "Buddha", opened the door to the information field (imaginary spacetime, the spiritual realm).
2. Opening the door to the information field — an anomaly on touching the character for Buddha
When the Wang girl saw the first "Buddha" character, she reported an anomaly: "There is a temple, and someone at the door, flickering on and off", as in the picture below:
The next day we tried another "Buddha" character, and again she saw an anomaly: "There is a person, I cannot see him clearly, telling me to keep going; I feel as though I have seen him before." This time there was no radiance and no luminous figure — it seemed to be a different world altogether. Afterwards we judged that she may have seen her late grandfather.
The Chen boy saw an anomaly too, as in the picture below:
"There is a shaven head, holding prayer beads", "wearing a black jacket, with white clothes underneath and the character for Buddha written on them". He saw the anomaly, but he saw the character for "Buddha" as well.
Both children saw an anomaly, but the degree differed enormously. Why should that be? Does it have to do with how strong their abilities are?
3. The web browser
The following year Prof. Si-Chen Lee trained another group of children in whom the finger reading ability emerged. The strongest among them was a girl surnamed Xu, in Year 3 of primary school, so he tried a few more sacred words with her. With "Buddha" and "Jesus" she saw only the characters and no anomaly at all, but "Medicine Buddha" and "Maitreya Buddha" both produced one:
"I see the three characters for Medicine Buddha, and behind them a strong light like the sun, so bright I cannot keep my eyes open"
"I see an image of Maitreya Buddha; I do not see the characters"
What was going on here?
One day it came to Prof. Si-Chen Lee: if the information field is a world of networks and sacred words are web addresses, then is the strength of a person's brain function not simply the version of their web browser? Browsers of different grades and generations differ in how fast they reach a site and which versions of a site they can connect to at all. With that thought, the whole puzzle came clear at once.
The internet we reach through a computer in this world, it turns out, is structured remarkably like the information field:
A person is the computer; the celestial eye the brain opens during finger reading is the computer's web browser; the information field is the internet; a sacred word is a web address; and the cluster of information each sacred figure has established in the information field is a website.
Judging from the results, it is not only the founders of the great religions who have established sites in the information field: the sages and immortals of history, and the deities people worship in folk religion, all appear to have done so too. To make offerings to them and to revere them is not superstition, and not a matter of the strange and the disorderly. They genuinely exist — only in another dimension, and science is just beginning to lead us into their world.
One day, I hope, we will say hello to them directly on the screen of a torsion field display: "Hello there."
