Returns & Refunds Policy


Our refund and returns policy is seven days; if seven days have passed since your purchase, we can only offer you a partial refund.

For a return, it must be unused and in the same condition you received it(in the original packaging.)

Non-returnable Items:

  • Gift Cards
  • Downloadable Software
  • Health Care Products

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

* Please don't send items back to the manufacturer.

* In certain situations we only offer partial refunds:

  • The item is not in original condition and is damaged or missing parts not caused by Aqive.
  • Any item that is returned over 30 days after receiving.


We will email you after receiving your refund claim. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed in several business days and will be credited to your account or the original payment method.

Late or missing refunds

Recheck your bank account if you have yet to receive a refund.

Only regular-priced items may be refunded.

If the item was Gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you would receive a Gift credit for the value of your return.

If the item wasn't Gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.

Shipping costs are non-refundable it will be deducted from the refund you receive.

Depending on where you live, the delivery time of the replacement product may vary.

Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance if returning expensive items. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
